Exclusive Moments means that only a specified number of prints will ever be created from each photo. The artwork will not be reprinted as soon as it is sold out.
Unfortunately not. Each Exclusive Moment has an edition limit. Depending on the photograph, various numbers will specificity apply to each artwork. Open Editions however will always be available for re-publication.
Yes! Each Open Edition artwork has a digitally embedded signature. An Exclusive Moment artwork can be hand signed by Lance Ehrecke or have a digitally embedded signature like natural.
Our artwork comes with a suitable hanging device already attached to the back of the frame. Photo hangers and wall anchors are recommended. As always, seek professional hanging help with larger installations.
If you need to clean the surface of an epic print, you need to be very careful. Use a soft, damp cloth or chamois leather to dust the artwork. Apply only light pressure, rinse with clean water and dry the cloth. Dry or coarse cloth can scratch the surface and generate static electricity on the surface.
Spotlights and lighting should be used in combination to properly illuminate the image. The correct degree of dispersion depends on the distance between the lamp and the photo. It is advisable to seek advice from an electrician or lighting expert to install the appropriate lighting in the space.

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order and the shipping address. The available shipping options and associated costs will be displayed in your shopping cart during the checkout process.

Yes, we do! Shipping options and charges will be updated in your shopping cart as you enter your address.
You must sign up for an online account to access your order information. After completing, log in to your account and go to the Account History tab. On this page you can see the status of all current and past orders. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You can also find the tracking number for pending orders on the order details page in your account history. If you place an order as a guest without creating an account, this feature will not be available, but you will receive an order and shipping confirmation email.
We guarantee complete coverage of all shipments. Damage caused during shipping from our manufacturing facility to the shipping address specified at the time of ordering will be replaced or repaired. Freight shipped from the original delivery location is not insured.
Our packages are designed to minimize the risk of damage, but we have no control over what happens in transit. If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us. We will replace it, but photographic evidence of damage for confirmation. The request must be received within 14 days of delivery and must include a copy of the delivery receipt .If your request is approved, we will bear the cost of shipping the new product to you.
You must notify us of your address change before your shipment leaves the factory. If you change the delivery location to a taxable country, you will need to collect all applicable taxes before the work of art leaves the factory. If you are notified of a change of address after the goods have been shipped from the factory, you will be responsible for all rerouting fees.
Yes, you can postpone shipping to the selected date. In no case will there be a delay of more than 180 days from the date of purchase. If the buyer does not set a shipping date within 180 days of purchase, the seller will send the purchased work to the address provided on the order form 180 days later.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt (you will be responsible for any return shipping charges incurred). Items must be returned in the same condition as new.
Exclusive Moments, are custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged. For more information, refer to our policies page.
Each Exclusive Moment is individually made to order. Therefore, you will not be able to change the work of art after you place your order. Fortunately, we are willing to redesign and reorder your photograph to fit your new intended space.
We do not offer a "repurchase program". However, we would strongly recommend that you conduct a thorough market research and consult a certified professional appraiser. They help answer more detailed questions about this process.
All works are custom made. Production of the purchased work will start immediately after purchase and will be shipped as soon as possible after the production is completed. As a result, the work cannot be canceled, returned or refunded at any time. Requests to cancel an order or change an image produced in another way will need to be handled directly with a Living Moments representative.
